Everything begins with a free virtual consultation, where we learnmore about your project and your goals. Once all the details areclear and agreed upon, we send over the construction contract,and the fun begins!
2. Discovery
Before any design conversation takes place, we ensure that all the necessary data is collected to begin the process. This includes setting you up in our system, taking measurements, photos, andsurveys, and meeting with you to complete a design questionnaire.This information will inform the conceptual design of your space.
3. Design
Once the conceptual design is approved, we move into the schematic design phase, where possible layouts of your project are presented. Based on this, architectural plans are created and submitted to the city for permitting. We then sit down with you to bring those designs to life,focusing on finer details and finding the perfect combination of materials to realize your vision.
4. Pre-Construction
After the design is approved, we begin procuring all necessary materials,mobilizing the project start-up, and organizing your move-out if required.
5. Construction
In this phase, construction of your home begins! You will be provided with a calendar outlining each milestone of construction and receive biweekly updates with photos throughout the entire process.
6. Warranty
Once construction is completed, if there are any additional items to address within the next 30 days, we will return and address them.Additionally, all of our work is guaranteed for one year, and we will reach out at the end of your warranty period to ensure everything is running smoothly.
