Timelines for remodels can vary depending on many factors, but the majority of Remodel Boutique’s mid-size projects are completed within six to nine months of signing the contract. The planning and design phases typically take the most time, with actual construction occurring over the span of one to six months. Your remodel will move along much more quickly if you are not living in the house during construction.

Remodels and home improvement projects are typically paid via cash, financing, or a combination of the two.

For projects that require financing, most of our clients use home equity loans or home improvement loans from a financial institution of their choosing.

Payments for your remodel occur at defined intervals throughout the project, which makes it easy to utilize various forms of financing.

Since Remodel Boutique is a design + build firm, we generally do not offer design-only or build-only services. The reasoning behind this is that our prices aren’t as competitive once you split it out to just design or just build. When we design and build your space as a cohesive process, we are able to develop practical layouts and make design selections that get the most bang for your buck.
