We do a substantial amount of remodels in the Windsor Park, Mueller, Pecan Springs, and Springdale areas, so we are especially knowledgeable about the houses and unique challenges posed in those neighborhoods, but we are well-versed in everything Austin!
It is difficult to say exactly how much your Austin-area remodel will cost since each project has unique variables, but most of Remodel Boutique’s projects typically fall within these ranges:
- Bathroom Remodel: $30K – $75K+
- Kitchen Remodel: $60K – $125K+, plus appliances
- Whole House Remodel/Addition: $300K – $750K+ (or $250 – $500/sq ft)
- Exteriors (decks, patios, landscaping, etc.): $30K – $75K+

Timelines for remodels can vary depending on many factors, but the majority of Remodel Boutique’s mid-size projects are completed within six to nine months of signing the contract. The planning and design phases typically take the most time, with actual construction occurring over the span of one to six months. Your remodel will move along much more quickly if you are not living in the house during construction.

Remodels and home improvement projects are typically paid via cash, financing, or a combination of the two.
For projects that require financing, most of our clients use home equity loans or home improvement loans from a financial institution of their choosing. We can also provide a list of trustworthy lenders we've personally worked with.
Payments for your remodel occur at defined intervals throughout the project, which makes it easy to utilize various forms of financing.
Remodel Boutique offers a variety of ways to make your vision come to life. If you already have an architect or designer, we are able to work as your general contractor; offering procurement and pre-construction services to help facilitate the build, if needed. Or, if you are earlier in the stages of your remodel, we will utilize our design+build approach.
