The reason we looked into working with Kristen and Michelle is simple: They understand what people are going through trying to buy a house and make it something they love.

We had been been looking for months and months with several failed attempts to find a place. When we started to consider buying a place and putting some work into we found out about Remodel Boutique. The fact that they make it painless was a huge draw for us.

We had conversations on the phone with Michelle and she was incredible. She cared about really knowing who we were before she would start rattling off suggestions. She knew exactly what was going through our minds.

We had a great experience with Michelle and her team. The communication from everyone was really above and beyond. I've worked with a few home contractors in the past, and Remodel Boutique really stands out as being unusually prompt and thorough with communication. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

The team at Remodel Boutique is fantastic. From answering our initial questions, to advising us on materials, to making adjustments on-site, they are all attentive (and patient) to the needs of their clients. They were always on time, left our house clean, addressed issues with subcontractors immediately and made changes as needed. When we wanted to install under cabinet lights that weren't in the original plan, they installed them at no cost. Their attention to detail, consistent communication, and their commitment to make things right really impressed us. Our kitchen is beautiful and we are looking forward to working with them on our next project. Hire them! You'll be glad you did.

I'm super happy with my new kitchen that Remodel Boutique completed for us! Michelle, Kristen and the workers all communicated well, were responsive and listened to my ideas, and made me feel like part of a team. They made suggestions that I hadn't considered while taking into account the suggestions I had, were considerate with our space and time, and kept our home clean throughout. The planning process was really fun, and the work took less than 3 weeks--we were only without a sink for 2 days, and it was completely worth it. I highly recommend them!

We are currently having extensive exterior renovations done to our house. While having this work performed and a rotten 2x4 removed, damage was done to our shower. Not great when you only have 1 bathroom in your little bungalow.

I reached out to our usual "handyman" folks, ABC, who eventually replied a week later. Various other inquiries were met with silence and one other contractor telling us about his $250k remodeling job in the neighborhood, then declining to perform the work. Needless to say, we were getting desperate.

My partner noticed Remodel Boutique and their designs, as well as their high ratings, and suggested I reach out. I reached out, expecting to be told "we can't help you". That's where I was wrong.

Michelle offered to send out her Tiler (Victor, who was also awesome by the way) to help get our shower in a usable state. While this may not seem like much, anyone who lives in Austin knows the construction trade is competitive and there are more jobs than contractors to go around. Michelle and her team absolutely did not have to help us out, but they did even when others turned us down. Thank you for treating us fairly when we were desperate!
